The Fox Chapel Garden Club and the Fox Chapel Parks Commission have enjoyed a long partnership in conservation and beautification in our community. We are proud to support projects and plantings at Salamander Park, McCahill Park, Trillium Trail and the gateway to the Borough along Fox Chapel Road.
A donation was given in 2019 in honor of Betty Manuck to recognize her thoughtful generosity to our Club. The donation funded the creation of a forest of sycamore trees, acquired from Tree Pittsburgh, which will provide a lovely green welcome into the Borough of Fox Chapel for many years to come.
Our Club was honored to gift towards the purchase by the Borough of the Hardie property. These 17 plus acres are an added gem to the Fox Chapel park system.
